I had an opportunity to sleep on this bed for four nights. After a recent illness I had not been able to sleep for longer than 3-4hrs. a night, but after the first night I had the best sleeps I've had in a long time!! Can't tell how wonderful that was! After ordering the bed for p/u, I now can't wait for it to be here! Staff was very helpful over the phone. I highly recommend!!!!

Excellent customer service!!!

We bought the King sized mattress which was supposed to come with 2 pillows. When the mattress was delivered on May 31, 2018 there was only one pillow with it. I have been calling and emailing the company for 2 weeks now trying to get them to ship the missing pillow. They keep giving me the run around saying "oh we will look into the problem and ship it out to you" yeah that was 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the missing pillow...
