Lauren was a breath of fresh air! From initial contact to book the appointment, to her hug before I walked out of the appointment, 5-star service! She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. She took her time during every step of the process to ensure she was giving me the look I had hoped for with my haircut. I will without a doubt be going back to her for future service.
