I’m new to doing “boot camp” and Armando and his team made me feel so welcome and inspired! It’s fun, energetic, friendly people, all ages and sizes, and a great workout that zips by quickly. Def recommend FFTC!

This place is awesome!The instructors are great and very helpful.The owner Armando has created a workout space that is like a family.He seems to genuinely care about your success in reaching your fitness goals.I'm so happy to have found FFTC!

Absolutely love the coaches and the group fitness here! My husband has never been to a gym or work out class - he had sworn them off - and he loves this place. It works for every body shape, fitness level and person. The coaches encourage and motivate without making you feel incompetent or out of shape. Great place and wonderful community!
