They have every piece of exercise equipment you would every need! The classes are fantastic and I love that it is for women ONLY!

Some classes are better than others. If you like real studio yoga, I would not recommend the yoga here, but the other fitness classes are good. Never too crowded and machines were typically available.

Nice facility, the classes are a bit lacking in that they don't give great instruction (zumba, yoga). TRX hanger-but you can't use it without "supervision" from the staff, which seems like it would never happen.
