Just FYI - you yourself will not be cooking in this cooking class. You watch a chef cook, and he talks through the process step by step. This is fine - just make sure you know this is what this cooking class actually is!

They have a variety of olive oils and vinegars for cooking meats and pastas with flavors, dipping breads, and using for salad dressings. Samples are given. Different sizes of bottles are available and filled with your choices, so you can buy one large bottle, or several small bottles to try a variety of flavors. Fun!
