I’m very glad that I made the decision to try Towson cross fit. I was very skeptical of the sport but after lots of thinking gave it a try. The coaches are great, very easy going and helpful. The equipment is excellent also, they can help anyone from any fitness level to get in shape

Darin has been an awesome coach so far! I didn’t think I would make it past the first day but I woke up on second day wanting to go back for more. He knows when you can push your limits and when it’s time to pause. Great experience and already worth the money spent!
