Everyone I had an interaction with, from the front desk to the surgeon, was excellent! Dr. Katzen is the real deal and and excellent surgeon. Run—don’t walk—to get lasik done by Dr. Katzen.

Everything about this clinic is amazing. They are very thorough with every step of the process and were incredibly understanding and helpful when I became very anxious during surgery itself. I even got a phone call that night to make sure everything was going well. Not only was their customer service superb but I felt like I couldn’t have trusted my eyes to a more expert group of doctors. Highly recommend to anyone else.

Lasik team was great. They operated like a well oiled machine while reassuring you along the way. The actual procedure only took about 7 minutes. I’ve been seeing 20/15 since and love it.

The overall experience with Katzen Eye Group was wonderful! The Reisterstown office is friendly and helpful. My husband and I both had a wonderful first time experience.
