My friends and I all enjoyed it alot and are glad we are doing it. The young men who were very skilled were very helpful and nice and really had a good attitude toward helping us.

I liked the instructor and the class he led, but to be honest - the place felt dirty. We needed to use punching bags and get on the mats a lot and I got grossed out - stopped going and didn't finish out the classes I had left from my purchase.
