They were friendly and thorough

It is hard to judge the kind of job that they do since they had never been to my home before and were only here for two hours. The two women who came to clean were nice and seemed to know what they were doing. The job that they did was okay.

First, I'd like to say that I really liked the person they sent out. Very friendly and upbeat. Now because there was only 1 woman, she was to clean for 2 hrs. (With 2 women, it was for 1 hour) She got right to work in the bathroom but she seemed finished in a very short period of time. And that is how she was with the rest of the areas she cleaned. She only was equipped with a small tank vacuum that you would use for small areas. Had I not offered my upright vacuum she was not even going to vacuum my carpet. The house is about 1000 square feet and she was asked only to clean the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. No bedrooms. After 1.5 hours, she announced that she was finished but decided to use up a little more time by wiping down the woodwork. I would have much rather she did a more thorough dusting job. She dusted around everything. I am not sure if she even picked up the 2 rugs in the bathroom or maybe she just washed the floor around them. Maybe this is how all cleaning services are unless you pay them for 4-5 hours, This was my first experience with any cleaning company and my last. Why pay someone when you have to clean those same areas yourself after they leave.

I could have done a better job. 1-2-3 and they are out of there.

The cleaners were very professional &didn't smell of smoke. They arrived on time and called ahead as I requested so I could be home. My only dislike is that the cleaning was not consistent. Several spots were left in the sinks &bath trash wasn't emptied or cleaned. They might have used my sponge to clean the sink & my box if tissues in the small bath were emptied. That said, I would call back Alex for cleaning again. She was superb!
