We had a lovely evening enjoying a cocktail on the patio overlooking the 18th green. We dined inside as the air was getting chilly. Lauren, our server, was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. We ordered the 8 oz. filet with Gorgonzola mashed potatoes. I asked for the Demi glaze on the side as I wasn’t sure about the flavor. It was outstanding!! We definitely will go to the Illium again!

We have been looking for an outdoor dinning location, away from street or parking lots, and this it: Illium/Pineheaven in the heart of Guilderland has both outdoor and indoor choices, both with beautiful views of the golf field. To top it off, the service is very friendly and the dish choice is diverse. Our dishes were excellent, and we plan to come back to try it all.
