The shop’s butchers prepare their meats in-house, making chicken salad and sausage links, grinding ground chuck into patties, and cutting their pork and beef fresh each day. Patrons can also request custom meat processing and get their pork shoulder sliced just the way they or their imaginary poodle likes it.
