Offer clients something to drink, such as water or coffee. Maybe set up the salon for more privacy. I was able to watch staff have lunch when I went to have my hair washed, and then carry on a conversation about a missing order when my hair was being combed out. It honestly didn't bother me at all, but I could see how some clients might be bothered by it.

Nicole cut my hair and did a great job, I will definitely be back!
