This is going to be a "what you need" massage and not a "what I want" massage. If you are looking for the expert to do what needs to be done as far as tension areas, this massage is perfect for you. However, if you want just relaxation and a Swedish like massage, I am not sure this would work for you. Therapist was friendly and professional.
