We set an appointment with Warren for between 11-2 on Saturday, July 1. Warren called around 9:30 to say he'd call again when he's 1/2 hour out. He called at 11am and said he'd be here in about a 1/2 hour. He arrived promptly at 11:20 and got right to work. I showed him some stains in our media room and they were quickly treated. Then his assistant vacuumed both areas [master bedroom closet as well], and then they cleaned the carpets. We're very pleased. Prompt, efficient, polite. Will definitely use again if necessary.

warren came earlier than we expected in the time frame he provided us and he did a really good job in short notice, very prompt and good service in 30 minutes once he started cleaning.
