Maybe work on being more professional and maybe dress more professional

I had to change my appointment few times, and there was not a problem for them. Easy parking, no waiting (after making the appointment), quality work, good customer service, convenience (next to my house).

Gina was very good.

It felt unorganized. Apparently there was a negative conversation going between the owner and one of the employees. I wish it had been kept private and in the back room.

I had a wonderful experience and I loved Heather! Super sweet and very knowledgeable. I loved how they weren't product pushers and didn't try to force me into purchasing any products. The products there were at a good price though and I plan to return to purchase some! Love this salon!

I liked the service specially the conditioning and blow dry.But haircut took much long time than usual and I was not able to see the exact shape that I generally see and like.Though Nicole gave me option to come back for anything I feel need retouch but I do not see anything wrong too to go back.Just the cut did not strike me and Wow factor was somewhat missing.Atmosphere was nice and customer service very nice.

It was difficult getting an appointment and I didn't realize it was in the Foothills Mall so it was confusing finding it, but otherwise it was a good experience. They were very nice and professional. My daughter was happy with her haircut.
