Did great work and on time. I added some additional cleaning for sofas and an oriental rug. Good price and good work.

Terrible customer service. Job not done as discribed even after the additional $100 cash for pretreating for problem spots was paid. House smelled horrible after done & carpets soaking wet. Emptied cleaner reservoir in front of entrance walkway.

They man there to clean the carpets was constantly trying to sell me more services & products. The whole time. Also, the carpets did not feel soft as they did last time we had them cleaned.

The rep called me at 7:30 am to tell me that he would be unable to make our 8:00 am appt due to a breakdown the prior day. He also did not clean all of the areas thoroughly (ie: behind doors or sucking up as much water as possible).

they were late and had to reschedule at an inconvenient time. they cleaned the carpets with some solution that smells so awful that you want to get a hotel room

Aweful awful aweful, I have tried to reach them about coming back after floor dried. Have not had a return call. I will never used them the big machine is a fraud, don't be fooled. My carpet was so wet I had to have it cleaned. The floor was still dirty after I was told it was just the sealer making it look that way.

Absolutely horrible! I feel cheated and taken advantage of. First thing this rude, know-it-all, phony does is tell me that he's going to need more money to do the job "right". Avoid this wannabe company at all cost. No stains were lifted from my carpets... You'd get better results renting your own machine. This guy works out of a mini van, has a bad attitude, and no respect for your personal property.

I wouldn't use Sunshine CC again! I find them very unprofessional. Firstly the never showed up for the appointment. I called after waiting 30min. Only to find the guy just as surprised then saying "ohh it's bc he never came in to work." When they did end up coming, the guy was still late. I was quoted pet treatment at $10/a room (making it $20 extra) but was told at my appointment the pet treatment would be $100 extra for me bc it was just "that" bad. I could understand a slight variation from $20 but$100 when having said nothing of seeing it first is ridiculous.Not to mention they'd already Missed the1st appointment making me very late for work.The rep is pushy&egotistical about the company

They canceled appointments 3 times when they did finally show up they were late! And they charged us $101 on top of the $69 grounpon for stairs and a little hallway area! I will never go back to this company again.

Dumped dirty, smelly water all over the driveway after cleaning the carpet. Also scuffed up a wall with the cleaner. Chemicals used were so strong they lingered in the house for several days.
