I took a beginner/intermediate vinyasa class. The studio is clean and well maintained. The instructor was thorough and friendly. She was great at offering 1 on 1 instruction throughout the class. Loved it!

Rewind: I tried yoga once (well over 20 years ago) and was not impressed. Fast forward: the week of August 19th taking a lunch break stroll for the umpteenth time, northbound on 7th Avenue, the energy from this venue tapped me on the shoulder. Yoga One popped up during my search for something else. Best decision EVER!!! I am truly enjoying my time at Yoga One! Amy & Michael are awesome!

The instructors are kind and informative. I'm a beginner who is also in my third trimester of pregnancy. I took the regular Flow Level 1&2 classes. The instructors did a great job of helping me modify the positions for pregnancy without interrupting the whole class. Overall this has been great for my Sciatica!

The instructors at this yoga studio are excellent. Each paid careful attention to every yogi during class. They are not into fast paced vinyasa classes...rather they help yogis be ever so mindful of maximizing each pose, at their own pace. Made me a better yogi! The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable which makes this one of my favorite studios!
