The cupcakes are good, however, when I went to pick them up my order had been given to someone else with my first name. It irritated me but it was resolved and they were really nice about it.

Should be noted in ad and on coupon that any order requires 48 hour notice. Can't just walk in and buy cakes without having placed an order.
