The customer service is top notch here! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Easily scheduled my oil change and was done in less than one hour. They have extended oil changes for a small upcharge for 1 year or 10K miles, so take advantage of the special pricing!

On-time ready for my appt, even though there was a LOT of business going on (not an empty parking place in the lot!). Estimated duration of the oil change: 1 hour. Actual experience: 1.5 hours. Great info-flow/feedback on condition of my car at end of the service. Pictures of the under side of my car were provided to illustrate why each recommendation (for future service) was made. No pressure to get those services done @ Briarwood, just information and recommendations. I'd go back there again, no hesitation!

They were friendly and efficient. They changed my oil and checked the fluids, belts & tires. I needed a new cabin filter and oil filter and they took care of that for me as well. Would definitely bring my car back for service.

These guys have been GREAT! They do imports and domestics.They did a very thorough inspection with my oil change. Book early in advance as they get busy!
