Great class and great fun! My only regret is that because we were all at separate stations, I missed the food preparatoin tips on most of the other stations (like butterflying the pork, etc). Don't know if there would be a way to not miss anything unless it was more of a class environment.

If the regular price for a cooking class was more like $50/person, I think you would continue the popularity of the class.
