Went to the dealership which is the same parking, they were still able to change the oil for the same price on the coupon. Took a little longer but they were still able to help. Thanks the service dept. there was very nice..

The lady manager was there to greet me in the morning at 7:00 a.m. They had my car done in 15 minutes. They alerted me that my battery tested low and sure enough I took it to the place I bought it from and they pro-rated me a replacement before the snow comes in February. I will be ready thanks to Quick Lane. If they send me a coupon every month through my e-mail like she said they do, I will go there instead of my regular place that charges $25 with a coupon also. Good people and service with a smile!

The staff was very friendly. I couldn't afford the additional services they suggested that day, and they did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. I will return when I can afford the other services just because they were so friendly and pressure free.
