About Tulsa Fit Body Boot Camp

Founder Stephanie Flynn's passion for fitness and self-empowerment helped her to become the Bill Phillips Transformation champion in 2009, and she now channels that determination to help others to get fit. Focused on encouraging women held back by low self-esteem, Fit Body's instructors motivate clients through cardio and resistance training while sharing healthy-eating principles to launch a two-pronged assault on fat. Supplemented by accountability and peer support, the programs strive to burn calories in a short time period without forcing clients into starvation diets or extreme workouts such as gator wrestling.

Since I started working out at Tulsa Fit Body I've lost 14.5 pounds and numerous inches. I started in late August of 2017. The workouts aren't always fun or easy but they do work on your body. I couldn't be more pleased!

Everyone is so friendly. It challenges me and pushes me in a good way. I am on my third week and already feeling changes in the way my clothes fit.

This place is amazing, all the trainers are very friendly, they motivate you to push hard. Since I've been working out I have so much more energy and I feel better too. I really recommend it.

The workouts are fun and different every day to keep your body guessing. I love that every month they do something to give back to a charity or community event. It's way more than a gym! It's a place thar makes you feel good from the inside out.
