Exactly what I was looking for. 35 min interval workouts keeps your heart rate up and works the whole body. Trainer shows 3 levels so works great for beginner as well as experienced individuals. Different exercises each day and very accommodating class schedule. Would highly recommend.

The instructors are very encouraging. The classes are through out the say so you may find a time that fits your schedule. The exercises are challenging w/o being intimidating. The atmosphere is wonderful.

As a beginner I felt totally lost. There was no time to learn the exercises as the rest of the group already knew the routine. Maybe if they had a beginners class it would help. As is, I hated it and would not go back.
