Very friendly office!

Staff was very professional and friendly. They made it a point to be certain that all of my concerns were answered/taken care of.

Dr. and Office seem like nice people & got appt. right away. However, cleaning was NOT done professionally or thoroughly, and excessive x-rays were taken on 1 of 2 patients; my kids (...either machine or technician had trouble?? unsure).

He didn't do a full cleaning. He tried to talk me into unnecessary work.

Upon arriving to my appointment scheduled for 5:00pm, the receptionist at the front desk told me that my appointment had actually been at 4:00pm and stated "We didn't have your number to call you." My appointment was rescheduled, and when I attended this appointment I wasn’t greeted by anyone and just waited around until someone approached the front desk. I also witnessed the dentist's frustration with other clients and wasn’t satisfied with how I felt they were being treated. The best part of this experience was the way I was treated by the woman who took my X-rays and did my cleaning. I’m not sure what her name was but she was amazing and did everything with a smile :)
