Nice and clean. I had a very good facial experience. Maggie did my facial and threaded my eyebrows and upper lip. She was very gently and my eyebrows turned out perfectly.

The room was nice and the equipment was new and well cared for, however I was cold most of the session because I wasn't covered with a towel or blanket, and there was no relaxing music until I was left alone in the room for 15 minutes. The herbal facial itself didn't feel worth the money because it felt like a regular face wash with limp fingers caressing my face the entire time. My skin felt the same as before I went in. If I were to go back I might try the European facial.
