Nicole was a wonderful massage therapist, and the spa is convenient and had great parki. Try calling midday on weekdays - there was a receptionist there on the day of my appointment, and no one when I tried to book on the weekend.

I read from a previous reviewer that it was hard to get someone on the phone and I found this to be true too. However the business seems very small (there was no receptionist when I went in) but the interactions I had with the staff were great.

Kenda is great. She is thoughtful (asks about pressure, comfort, etc..) and very professional.

Can be hard to book appointments due to what may be inadequate staffing on the front desk, but once scheduled it was a pleasant experience and a great massage. Been there three times after my long runs and Edna worked out the kinks very well.
