Be specific about what you want. Deep tissue, medium, back walking, etc. They aim to please.

The ladies who did my massage and facial were very good. They had moderate English skills and weren't able to answer all questions, but overall it was a good experience and I would go back.

The heater in the building was broken, the facial specialist was not in, so we weren't able to get the full package, despite making an appointment beforehand.

Customer svc is weak. No one answered phone. Made appt 2 wks ago yet they were not expecting me and told me there was no time for my svc. They did it but not impressed. Need music in massage room. Won't go back or recommend.

A quieter place, let the customer relax. Dim the lights, have things ready so customers don't have to wait.
