The staff members that we dealt with were attentive and professional. We had a little trouble with the operation of our lane (not re-setting, not scoring) a couple of times, but the staff was quick to remedy the issues. They also provided us some additional time for the problems, as we were on a 2-hour voucher. The pizza was pretty good, and came out hot. The bowling area and restrooms were clean during our visit.

Love Oasis Lanes!! Family friendly, clean and courteous employees. Had cheese pizza, Oasis fries and pink lemonade, grandkids and I like it all.

Front desk/concession personnel were friendly and helpful. Shoes and balls were clean and in good shape. A fun, family-oriented atmosphere at the time we attended (weekday, 4:30 - 7:00 p.m.)

Love, love Oasis's Lanes!! Great customer service, excellent, kind and courteous employee's. Very clean and organized business. We didn't use the arcade thus visit but have in the past. We will definitely go back many times!!
