The car showed up on time. The driver was courteous and responsible. He was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to seek First Class Limousine for any future needs I might have. It was a pleasure dealing with this establishment.

They add fees and other charges that are not include in the paper, like it says "not to be used in wedding or prom" I try to use for a quinceanera and they add $175, I purchased the $299 option for 4 hours and they schedule me 3 hours. and also it didn't said that they cover 20 miles around were they are located. please be careful. look in limos.com you will find better rates like me I found 5 hours service and include tax and tips for $375 period ( no more hidden fees) beautiful white limo and the sodas, water, champagne and ice are include.

This company is NOT first class anything. They called first thing in the morning to confirm a 3pm pick up. It was 3:02pm when I had to call to find out where the car was..apparently lost but 5 minutes away. After waiting 15 more minutes here comes this dirty raggedy car that could not fit three suit cases in the truck so we were smashed in the back. Then he was headed the wrong way to get on highway and I had to tell him about himself. Then when he bumped his car in the curb to let us at the very beginning of the terminal and didn't even but our bags on the curb I was livid. The company dispatcher did not care about the my concerns. I would never recommend this xompany.

Service was horrible and unprofessional, they ruined my limo experience on my wedding day! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I'm waiting to hear back about my complaint and demand for a full refund. I might also take them to civil court for punitive damage.

The Limo driver was nice but the limo looked dingy. And dirty. The TV was broken so we couldn't play the slide that took us a while to put together.
