More explanation of the expected results and requirements would be appreciated. An African-American and Chinese ladies who were doing wraps for me, were very nice, accommodating and caring. With the Caucasian lady I got a feeling: "I have neither time nor desire to take care of you". I was put in the wrap in my wool business suit and was never told that it will be soaking wet, that I have to drink lots of water, have to bring special clothes, etc.

The facility is equipped for any service a woman would need. The staff is friendly and knowledgable of offering services. They have a wide variety of choices to help women with appearances, feminine maintenance,and cosmetic concerns. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The spa is a spa in name only. It is poorly organized. Reservations are accepted only at limited times - which is inconvenient. Both times I arrived to find that my reservation was never even recorded. Spa personnel were not available for my treatment and a nice, young office worker had to step in to help. I would NEVER recommend the center. I DO NOT want my personal information shared with the merchant.
