they are new owners and are very keen to please you. the place is very basic and could do with a little atmosphere. but it is clean and they did a good job. i would go again. the gel manicure was the fastest i have ever had. it looks good too.

Was able to get in right away when I called first thing in the morning after finding out I had a bit of time. Nice place, nice folks.

Poor nail coloring job (French nail were uneven & $4 extra) & customer service. Gel nails were limited. Never will b back.

I called and made an appointment, got there 5 minutes early and I had to wake 35 minutes to get helped. They charged extra for design which was not specified beforehand, the place was dirty and unkept. Only positive was the parking, but then I got blocked in and took forever to get out.

Dirty. And it wasn't because they were busy. I saw techs not working sitting around. When there was plenty of things that could be cleaned. I hope they didn't use files on the other customers. Metal implements did come out of packaging.
