Their massages were good and I'd love to go back, but the full $40-50/hour price is too much compared to other massage paroles on ventura blvd. I'd love to go back but not at $40-50/hr

I would not go back only because it is really far from my home. But i really enjoyed my experience.

Excellent massage in a relaxing environment

Joyce day spa was very unprofessional. They did not make sure private areas were kept private during the massage. At one point I was bent over with my goodies hanging all out. During the entire massage the lady was ranting about her personal life. Certainly not appropriate. My boyfriend had a similar experience. Will not recommend nor go back. Ever.

Please work on your customer service and privacy skills

Making my appointment was difficult, and even then, it did not seem like they were expecting me to arrive when my appointment was. Also, they just showed me to a room, but did not explain what I should use to cover myself, or how I should lay (on my back or stomach) first.

I have had numerous massages in the past years and this one was so not relaxing.... I felt exposed and cold the entire massage and sometimes I felt like my massage therapist was doing weird techniques...ie, my arms were going numb BC she kept readjusting them to lay off the table... Whenever I said I wasn't comfortable, she kept telling me that I was fine... It was the furthest thing from relaxing

yes, tell the therapist not the leave the room and stop the massage repeatedly. this happened 3 times, for over a few minutes each time.

Not having enough staff kept interrupting my massage.
