Many different kinds of classes of different lengths and levels. I never liked exercising with videos but this is very dynamic and never dull.

I have been missing in-person yoga sessions since covid, but I also don't have time for yoga as I'm working from home and home schooling my 6th grader. These online sessions gives me the ability to practice yoga at 1am after the kid is sleep and I've answered all of my emails.

Unbelievable deal. 100s of high quality videos at every level. Choose anything from a 1-3 minute tutorial to a 90+ minute class. Most in middle range. Also choose area of body or style of yoga. Really a super deal.
