About Roadside Ribs

After building its catering business with just a couple of red trailers with mobile grills, the team behind Roadside Ribs has now set up shop at its own counter inside the Tandem Connection Bike Shop. Every weekday, the staff serves a simple lunch menu highlighting classic items such as grilled jumbo beef hot dogs, pulled pork, and baby-back ribs drenched in a signature sauce and paired with coleslaw. In warmer weather, a patio and courtyard allow for outdoor seating.
