The technician Cathy? was very personable and she made me feel comfortable. Not only did I get a facial and microdermabrasion but she also massaged my neck, shoulders, arms and hands. I will definitely recommend her and this facility and plan on going back.

I purchased the side by side pedi's from Synergy Fitness & Spa as a treat for my mother and I. We will definitely be going back to Synergy Spa! I love supporting locally owned businesses, and Allison (the owner) gave my mother and me the best, most relaxing, enjoyable pedicure's we've ever had! It was such a treat and we can't wait to go back!

It was a great experience! Very relaxing atmosphere, professional but comfortable. My daughter and I were pampered the entire time!! We would definitely do it again. :)
