Loved the office. Staff was wonderful. Very professsional, provided a consultation on service purchased and provided additional recommendations for skin care. Provided additional options, but did not sell me on a bunch of things that I did not need. Had a really good experience.

First tech was great but went on maternity leave. The new tech was rushed, didn't listen and was not thorough. Hair removal didn't remove anything.
