the numbing cream worked well but make sure to use saran wrap and arrive early so it can really sink in

Pay the $20 extra for the numbing cream. Certain laser treatments can only be done one week per month because they don't have the machine available all month.

Take Advil before you go and take some with you for right after. Otherwise, she was fantastic! Highly recommend this medspa!

The technician communicated very well during the procedure. As this was my first time having fractional treatment. She was very conscientious about everything. Just the kind of person you want working on your face. : )

The night I went, they were running significantly behind. I felt I was well taken care of, other than that. The procedure that I had takes time to show results, so, I will have to wait to speak about that.
