Pedicure was rushed and my gel manicure polish chipped after 3 days. The manager kept telling everyone that came in that she's the new manager and her employees do good. Employees didn't speak much English so she had to translate. You get what you pay for.

The staff was not attentive to my needs. The nail polish was old and stale. I told the staff that I did not like it and he kept insisting that the polish was ok and nothing was wrong with it and refused to allow me to change.

Horrible!!!!! Very money hungry people working here. While i was waiting 30 min past my appointment, i decided to get my eyebrows waxed. When they finally took me to do my nails,I had a different technician from the one who did my eyebrows. When I was drying my nails, the technician who did my manicure had the nerve to ask me if I tipped the lady who waxed my eyebrows and in front of other patrons. Very embarassing moment for me. Never will I step back into this establishment ever again!!!!!

Horrible. While customer service was great my gel tips chipped and experienced breakage within 36 hours. I am truly disappointed.
