You misplaced the tag on my husbands bike which was in for a tune up. His bike sat for a week, he called to find out the status and it was only then that you figured out it was his bike. Maybe take a little more care in your tagging and moving of bikes.

I purchased a bike tune up and all they did was replace gear cables for an additional charge. No evidence of brake adjustments, still squeak and loose cables. the rust on chain is still evident and no lube was put on. What the &^%$ did I pay for ? Grime/dirt still on derailleur. on and on and on.
