Don't be afraid to caramelized the onions and let the cheese on the pizza bake to a golden brown. The concept is great, just a bit of a tweak on the presentation. Our server was great as was his tattoos!
Patch up and clean the bathrooms. Perch needs a complete overhaul. Artists can be creative and clean too!
