Beautiful, relaxing environment and lovely, experienced teachers. Felt amazing after my class!

Love the venue & location (close to home), feels/looks brand new, lots of wood & staff is GR8! Size of mat classroom was a surprise, I'm used to bigger, it fits maybe 8 max, so I suggest book ahead. I tried 3 Pilates instructors, thought all were good, prefer Alison's style & voice pitch the best.

The class sizes are small so I recommend signing in online before going to class or get there early!

Very small and intimate groups.

Lots of forms to fill and sign. They made sure you filled in every single page. Just be there ahead of time and bring your own mat( unless you are willing to pay for it )

I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The staff are friendly and professional. I got the feeling that clients are the number one priority. I felt welcome and happy to there. Thank you.
