An excellent experience it's a lovely place and the staff are wonderful. I'd definitely go back it was a great little discovery.

Modern and new

I will definitely be back. Christa did an amazing pedicure. The salon was very clean, and I felt like I was in very nicely decorated living room. I will recommend Charisma Spa for sure!

Owner run and operated business. Very pleasant people but i was surprised that there was only 1 person (owner) doing the work. The mother worked the reception desk. There was 1 other client who the owner was finishing up when i arrived for my appointment and i was kept waiting about 10 minutes. They did not have the usual huge foot sinks but rather worked on your feet with a towel on the floor and a stool with a towel wrapped on it to work on your feet. As i had an appointment immediately following my pedi i was disappointed they did not have any dryers to dry the pedi before i put my socks on. Having to wait as long as possible before leaving there (still smudged the big toes nail polish with my socks) i was rushed to make it to my next appointment. I probably would not return during the winter months but would during the months i could wear sandals and not feel rushed.

Krista was so friendly and accommodating when I was a few minutes late for my appointment. The spa is beautiful, very hygienic, and relaxing. Highly recommended!
