Very happy with their service. Friendly staff and my dog was all tired out and happy. Definitely going use their services again.

Parking can be hard to find but the service was great, my dog seemed to have had a great time

Amazing day care! My dog stayed here for 5 days while I was out of the country. She was happy (and much better behaved) when I returned :) I was really worried to start with as she tended to have issues getting along with other dogs but she did well. The staff were wonderful and didn't mind my calls to check up on her while I was away. They even gave me some behaviour training pointers that I've been practicing with her since and have seen huge improvements as a result. 10 out of 10 would recommend this facility.

They were wonderful. Two gentleman who treated our fur baby with care. When we came back from vacation to pick her up she ran right past us picked up a toy and continued playing as if that was home for her. They really made her and us feel comfortable.

were not on site when I arrived to drop off my dog although they said they would be there until 6pm (I arrived about 550pm). The foyer smelled very seriously of animal urine.

I felt my pupper had a good time. He wasn't stressed when we picked him up. My only complaint was that we payed extra for a wash before he got picked up, and I believe they forgot about it.

My dog came home with scabs, wounds and dried blood on her nose. The owner John said he wouldn't take any responsibility because we had no proof of what happened in the hotel. And no law will protect my dog. Please read the reviews on google before leaving your dog there.

Staff were friendly and kind. Was not comfortable to use again due to the low standards of cleanliness. My puppy was returned dirty (soiled/smelling of urine). Despite the staff saying they take the dogs out for walks for bio breaks, the dogs appeared to going inside on the concrete floor where they were housed/slept.
