We really enjoyed our lunch at Lux. We originally wanted to go to Lux for my birthday however showed up a few minutes past 9 and they wanted to charge $12 cover. We left and came back when there wasn't a cover charge. It was a really nice meal though and I would go back now that I know about Lux.

More 'simple' options for appetizers (my friend was looking for steak bites or sweet chili chicken or... Something 'normal'. Also, we never saw (nor were we offered) a dessert menu.

They automatically added a HUGE tip to the bill for the drinks, without giving the customers any choice in the matter. $25 of drinks... $15 tip. That's WAY more than a 50% tip.
