From start to finish it was an overall terrible experience. While I was waiting in the sitting area the receptionist took a call from another customer and was short, rude and dismissive speaking over the customer on the other end. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Saying things like, "that's not right what you were told before and that girl has caused a lot of problems for us..." Then when I went into my massage room, it was bright, with dirty walls and I could hear people talking/gossiping in the room next door, there wasn't music or candles. Not a relaxing atmosphere whatsoever. To top off everything, the girl giving the massage made a phone call on her cell in the middle of treatment
the massage table was very uncomfortable, she used a really small towel that did not cover all of my body (and I am not that big), the pillow was a rubber type pillow with no protective sheet over it, who knows how many people used the same one before ?
The spa was dirty & the staff (especially the manager/owner) were rude. My room was very dirty, no linens on the massage table and I was given two small towels to cover up with. The masseur left the lights on during the entire service. I purchased the hot stone massage and she did not have the hot stones ready so she just gave me a really, really bad massage that was not relaxing at all. 10 minutes before the end of the massage her cell phone rang and she answered it, talking on the phone for over 5 mins, then massaged me again for about 2 minutes until she said the treatment was over. I left the spa feeling more stressed out and sore than when I came in. I will never visit the spa again.
Invest in a more more quiet machine, it's not relaxing to hear it beep. Also, to the owner, it's really rude to yell at your employee and at customers. I tried to relax during my massage but the owner was outside yelling and complaining, it was definitely not relaxing.
I had a massage on Laser Era Clinic. It was not the technicians fault as she obviously had little or no training. The room was very chilly, no music except from an outside speaker and i could hear everything that was being said in the next room to that customer. I wondered why I saw oily footprints on the floor when i was undressing. I found out later why....no warm towels were used to remove the (excessive) oil that used on me. I had to fend for myself to try to remove it with the towel that had been originally placed over me. I had spent $130 on my hair the afternoon before and because the technician didn't use a towel wrap for my
head...I have more to say but there is no more room!!
