The eyelash extensions only lasted one day, it was very difficult to get an appointment because no one returned my calls, a rip off.

I am very disappointed with my experiences with Morena Beauty Lounge. I found it very difficult to make an appointment (the owner did not even reply to the voicemails I left her). I found the salon to be under par and I do not feel as though a satisfactory job was done with my service. Would not recommend.

I got the cluster eyelashes done and I was very disappointed! They started falling off on the first day and I paid extra for the real hair lashes and these feel like acryllic. I am not going for the refill as I would have to go tomorrow because they are falling off so fast. It was a waste of money. Also I did everything she said, don't wash eyes, don't curl for day, didn't even shower so that they would set. Would not recommend even for one night!

This is my 2nd time getting lash extensions and I found they looked & felt better at the first salon compared to at Morena so I will not be coming here again
