Loved the atmosphere and very happy with my cut. There was just a lot of additional charges that I was unaware of. Perhaps that should be made clearer.

If you have long hair ask about pricing. Mine is long and I booked in person. When I got to my appointment, it did seem like known policy to the staff. It's not unusual for me to be charged more but I would have liked to know in advance.

Nahal, my hair stylist was very helpful. She explained what she was doing & why. Always keeping in mind the structure of my face & how to set off my eyes. She also explained what products she was using & how they would be beneficial to me. (no I didn't buy any - too expensive!) She was generous with her time & knowledge & was also very sweet.

Nice atmosphere, good service. Of course there is the upsale for products or other services. But still a nice experience.

Not an ideal location, but the spa/salon is beautifully appointed, the staff friendly and professional, and I got one of the best hair cuts I had in a number of years!
