Service was great; professional. Nice shop. However, a little pricey for my needs due to simple style of my usual hair cut. Still, good spot in the heart of Vancouver.

My husband would go back if we were in the downtown area. The stylist was attentive and friendly. The hot towel facial treatment was nice.
