I think they only did 1/2 to 3/4 of the work which they offered .

At the end they didn't brush cut hair from my face and my clothes -- my husband had to take care of it when I left the salon. The cut was OK, and the master was fairly friendly. However, paying a full price for their services would be too much.

My first appointment had to be changed short notice. They were not flexible at all and wanted me to pay $25 cancelation fee. I was very disappointed and decided not to go at all.
