Primo's has been on my bucket list for at least 47 years. Food was OK. There are other Mexicon restaurants with just as good or better food. BUT, it is part of Vancouvers history. The wait staff were very personable and excellent and the wait times were miniscule. Actually food was delivered soooo fast.
